Finally, a blogspot devoted to my second great passion - Cooking. Then again, it's not just cooking ( which my wife does pretty well). This is creative cooking. It's about finding that perfect vegetable, the freshest bunch of herbs, the choicest cuts; it's about cooking that is beautiful. Adding just the right dash of salt and spices, pulling it of the fire at the right time and then...savouring the joy of good food.
